There's a movement going on Mattel, are you listening? Well I am! http://www.facebook.com/BeautifulandBaldBarbie
There's a call to action for Mattel, the maker of Barbie, to create a Bald Barbie for girls who have lost their hair due to cancer and other illness. While I'm not Mattel, I'm answering. I may be a simple Barbie Artist, but I'm listening. I've taken this cause to heart and I'm going to do my best to come up with a prototype Beautiful and Bald Barbie this week.
As usual, I plan to document the process from start to finish. (My wonderful husband got me that camera I've been wanting for Christmas and it takes fantastic pictures!) I'm going to be naming my first doll Chloe, in honor of a very special girl that has touched my heart, Chloe.

In other news, sadly my Etsy shop was shut down. I'm not exactly sure why? I do know I owe a doll to someone that bought my Emily Autumn doll! If you're out there, please send me an email! CoinOperatedJoy@gmail.com
I currently have some dolls listed on Yardsellr: http://yardsellr.com/yardsale/Joy-Westbrooks-671790 check it out, if you're so inclined.
